Refund policy

Purchases are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all our orders and issues all refunds. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Pages that fail are returned automatically

If a page cannot be converted, or our automatic checks flag the result as unreliable, that page is returned to your pack without you asking. If a conversion is wrong in a way the checks missed, tell us within 7 days and we return those pages.

Unused pages: refund within 14 days

Within 14 days of buying a pack, you can ask for a refund of the pages you have not used, for any reason. If you have not used any pages, you get the full price back. If you have used some, we refund the unused share of the price you paid. Email support@aokenlabs.com from the address on your account, or contact Paddle at paddle.net.

After 14 days

After 14 days, unused pages are not refundable, except where the law where you live gives you a right to a refund or where the service did not work as described. Pages can be used for 12 months from purchase.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Paddle's refund policy and buyer terms also apply to your purchase.
