Questions
What counts as a page?
One page of a PDF, or one image file. A page that we cannot convert, or that you report as wrong within 7 days, is returned to your pack.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: within 14 days of purchase we refund the pages you have not used. See the refund policy.
Are pages money?
No. A page pack is a prepaid allowance to use Aoken Extract. It has no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and can only be used on aokenlabs.com.
